The Pacers are reportedly showing serious interest in shooting guard Max Strus and are considering making him a lucrative contract offer, according to a report by Marc Stein of Substack.

With more than $30 million in salary cap space available, Indiana is contemplating a three-year deal for Strus worth approximately $48 million.

Strus, who recently became an unrestricted free agent after his two-year contract with the Heat expired, has attracted attention with his impressive performances. Last season, the 27-year-old averaged 11.5 points, 3.2 rebounds, and 2.1 assists in 28.4 minutes per game.
