NBA insider Shams Charania reports that the 76ers are signing three undrafted players to two-way contracts. Namely, Arkansas guard Ricky Council IV, Arizona forward Azuolas Tubelis and NC State guard Terquavion Smith.

21-year-old Council averaged 16.1 points, 3.6 rebounds and 2.3 assists per game last season.

21-year-old Tubelis averaged 19.8 points, 9.1 rebounds and 2 assists per game last season.

20-year-old Smith averaged 17.9 points, 3.6 rebounds and 4.1 assists per game last season.
