Damian Lillard, the star point guard of the Trail Blazers, has expressed his desire for roster changes following the team’s disappointing season and failure to reach the playoffs.

Lillard, who has been linked with other teams in the past, including the Lakers, remains loyal to the Blazers. However, some fans have been speculating about his future plans.

During an Instagram Live session, Lillard playfully responded to fans who asked about his summer destination. He laughed off suggestions of joining the Lakers, indicating that he has no intention of leaving Portland at this time.

“Where you going this summer? They want me to be like, ‘I’m going to the Lakers!'” Lillard laughed on Instagram Live while reading comments.

Having completed his 11th season with the Trail Blazers, the 32-year-old guard still has two years remaining on his contract. Lillard had an outstanding individual campaign, averaging 32.2 points, 4.8 rebounds, and 7.3 assists per game in the recently concluded season.

As the offseason progresses, the focus will be on how the Trail Blazers organization addresses Lillard’s call for roster changes to improve the team’s competitiveness.
