Mavericks forward Reggie Bullock made an investment in real estate that wants to make into a business and remain in the family for generations.

The 32-year-old player revealed to Theo Pinson on the Run Your Race podcast that he has bought an island in Belize.

“The island is located in Belize,” Bullock said. “It’s been a project that I’m working on. I’m currently building it now. Putting a resort on it, a restaurant, a bar. It’s about 5 acres big. It sits off the coast of Placencia, Belize.

“It’s just something generational. I just want to be able to pass down my family members. I made it known to my son that don’t ever sell out, don’t ever sell it. This is going down for family tradition, family’s legacy. Just continue keep passing it down.”
