The Celtics obliterated the Bucks 140-99 as the top two seeds in the Eastern Conference met in Milwaukee.

Jayson Tatum, who led the winners with 40 points and 8 rebounds, played down the significance of this win, saying that it is just another regular season game.

“Forgetting about tonight. It’s over. It happened,” he said. “We got a game tomorrow. And we talked about it in the locker room – they all count as one, we won.

“It doesn’t necessarily mean much, so we got to move on. We’re going to show how good of a team we are by how we respond tomorrow.”

The Bucks remain in the first place in the East, despite the loss. Boston is second with two games behind Milwaukee.
