Thanasis Antetokounmpo, brother of Giannis, is not playing a big role on the Bucks in terms of being on the court.

This season he has appeared in 28 games and is averaging 0.6 point and 1 rebound in 4 minutes per game.

But that’s not the only way to measure how a player impacts the team. According to the Greek Freak, Thanasis’ presence is important and it is felt when he’s not with the team.

“Just having my brother out there with us it’s a great feeling,” Giannis said.” And not just for me, I think for everybody. Like, the couple of games that he wasn’t here, our energy was kind of off. He’s just such a great human being.

“And his energy is always high. He’s always checking on everybody, talking to everybody. It’s awesome.

“And I’m happy that he’s my brother. It’s a big part of what we do. And I’m happy that he’s back. And for me, I’m definitely, definitely happy that he’s back.”
