It took some time for Kawhi Leonard to get going this season after missing the entire last season due to a torn ACL in his right knee.

According to Draymond Green, the Clippers superstar is getting closer and closer to being the player that is known to be.

“You’re just seeing him constantly getting closer and closer back to Kawhi,” Green said, per Tomer Azarly. “I think he’s there now… Maybe the last 20-25 games, he’s really looking like the Kawhi that we all grew to know.”

Leonard has played 43 out of 72 Clippers’ games this season, averaging 23.8 points, 6.3 rebounds and 3.8 assists in 33.7 minutes per game.

The two-time NBA champion has upped his game since new year, averaging almost 28 points per game from January through March.
