Shawn Kemp’s attorney released a statement on SuperSonics legend’s arrest … saying his actions were “reasonable and legally justified” when he fired a gun in a shopping mall parking lot – alleging thieves opened fire on him first.
The attorney addressed the situation in a lengthy note saying the incident started after his client’s property, including an iPhone, was stolen from his car on Tuesday night.
