With four days left until the start of the 2023 NCAA Division I men’s basketball tournament, commonly known as March Madness, the bookies are already giving odds on which team will become this year’s champions.
Even though not all of the 68 participants have been revealed yet, some programmes are considered the top contenders for the tournament.
Based on the March Madness betting provided by Betway, three teams are tied odds favorites to win the tournament, namely, Houston, Alabama and Kansas. The odds for either one of them to win are +800.
UCLA (+900) is fourth, followed by Purdue (+1200), Arizona (+1400), Baylor (+1600) and Gonzaga (+1600).
The tournament begins on March 14 and will culminate on April 4.
Last year it was Kansas that won its fourth title by defeating North Carolina in the final 72-69.
