LeBron James admitted in an ESPN interview that it was disappointing for him hat the Lakers failed to acquire Kyrie Irving, his former teammate on a championship-winning Cavaliers roster.

Lakers head coach Darvin Ham was asked if he talked to James about the trade after the interview and what is his own reaction.

“Nah, I only deal with Lakers business. I don’t talk about what’s going on with other teams,” Ham said, per Jovan Buha. “My hat’s off too…

“Everybody is trying to do what’s we’re trying to do and that’s trying to make their team the best they can be. I don’t pay attention to that. I have too much to worry about with this job and trying to make sure we’re the best version of ourselves dat in and day out.”
