Milt PalacioPartizan's guard from Belize took the March MVP award. Milt Palacio's performances helped his club to reach the Euroleague play-off for the first time. Serbian champions defeated Euroleague title holders Panathinaikos in the last game of Top 16. Palacio had 24 points in that historical game.

Palacio averaged 16.3 points in Top 16 hitting 65.7% of his 2-pointers and 36.8% of 3-pointers. Partizan will face TAU Ceramica in the quarter-finals. Spanish club won Group E with 5-1 record. In order for Partizan to reach another milestone and qualify for the Final 4 Milt Palacio will have to continue playing like he did this whole season.

Although Partizan is based on the home grown players, Milt Palacio fits in well and enjoys representing the club. Serbian coaches are famous for getting most of their players and picking the right foreigners. Dusko Vujosevic is no exception.
