Celtics point guard Marcus Smart will have to pay a fine of $35,000 for “directing inappropriate language toward a game official,” the NBA announced.
The incident occurred during the game between the Celtics and the Thunder which ended with Oklahoma City blowing out Boston (150-117).
Smart was given his second technical foul and was ejected.
