The two most decorated NBA franchises are set to face tonight in Los Angeles as the Lakers (11-15) will host the Celtics (21-7).

It will the first home game for the Purple and Gold after a six-game road trip to the Eastern Conference. The hosts are expected to be near to full strength with just two players listed as out on the injury report.

Namely, Juan Toscano-Anderson (right ankle sprain) and Wenyen Gabriel (left shoulder sprain) will be out tonight.

Superstars LeBron James (left ankle soreness) and Anthony Davis (low back tightness) are both listed as probable.

Boston lost twice in a row (against the Warriors and Clippers), but still holds the best record in the entire league, while Los Angeles snapped a three-game losing streak with the win against the Pistons.

This will the first of the two regular season games against each other for the Lakers and Celtics. They will meet again on January 29.

Ahead of tonight’s game, the Celtics are considered favorites amongst bookmakers, with NBA lines site Betway pricing them at -143 to beat the Lakers. The NBA betting odds for Los Angeles to win this game are at +150.
