Olympiacos- Aris 92-57

Another easy win for Olympiacos, this time against Aris, making one more step towards the finals. The home side dominated the opening quarter with 24-13 score. After that, they tried to maintain and even add points to the lead, attempting to secure the win. Half time score was 47-24.

Aris did not seem able to reduce the margin at any point since they committed many turnovers and Olympiacos shooting totals were too high. 61-36 after 30 minutes and the last quarter did not have any competition and the “Reds” dominated behind Lojeski’s 13 points.

Panathinaikos- P.A.O.K. 75-61

In a game very similar to the first of the series, PAOK tried to stay close and despite their numb start (24-14) they recovered, played some very tight defense, took advantage of Diamantidis’ poor game and even got to the locker rooms in front 32-36.

However Panathinaikos restarted the game playing very focused, with high pace and good offensive choices, to storm past their opponents 57-46. Mavrokefalides (MVP with 16 points) pushed his team towards the win during the 4th when the home side was able to hold PAOK back, building momentum for the 3rd game of the series.
