Make a training plan

Planning helps to keep up much more. After all, the choice of exercise or the place you will exercise also takes enough time. Before the start of each week, make a training schedule that will indicate the location, time, exercises, duration, and even what clothes you will wear. And be sure to hang the program in a prominent place. This will increase the chance that you will not forget about it but go to training.
