The Phoenix Suns are signing Frank Jackson to a non-guaranteed contract, Shams Charania of The Athletic tweets. Jackson was an early second-round pick in 2017 and spent his first two seasons with the New Orleans Pelicans. He played the last two seasons with the Detroit Pistons.
