Greece coach Dimitris Itoudis is thankful for boasting one of the world’s best players on his team for EuroBasket.

And Giannis Antetokounmpo isn’t letting the former EuroLeague-winning coach down either, as Greece went 2-0 against co-hosts, Italy on Saturday night.

“We have an extraordinarily motivated and high-level player. Not only high-level, the best in the world. He can do many things,” Itoudis said on Giannis Antetokounmpo after the victory over Italy in Milan.

“The fact that he is a great teammate makes him unique. He leads by example in many areas.”

Greece play winless Great Britain on Monday.
