London Lions sign Sam Dekker

Sam Dekker has signed a one-year deal with the London Lions, the team announced (via Twitter). The 28-year-old forward earned a roster spot with the Toronto Raptors in training camp but was waived before his $1.79MM contract became fully guaranteed in early November.
