The Toronto Raptors announced Thursday they have signed guard-forward Ron Harper Jr. to a two-way contract. Per team policy, the financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Harper, 6-foot-6, 245 pounds, joins the Raptors following four seasons (2018-22) at Rutgers where he averaged 12.6 points, 5.1 rebounds, and 29.1 minutes in 121 career games (109 starts).
