Former Atlanta Hawks star big man Dikembe Mutombo is calling a cap on anyone who believes the Brooklyn Nets are a super team … because he tells TMZ Sports no such thing exists!!!

“What is a super team?? Who told you that was a super team??” Mutombo asked a camera guy. “Everybody plays in the NBA. They play on the same team. I work for the league. There is no super team.”

Dikembe Mutombo played 18 seasons for 6 teams, including the Rockets and Sixers. He averaged 10.3 rebounds, 9.8 points, and 2.8 blocks in 1,196 regular-season games.

A legendary shot-blocker was selected to play in 8 All-Star games and won 4 Defensive Player of the Year awards. He was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2015.
