Lakers superstar LeBron James continues to impress. Recently he passed Karl Malone for the second place in NBA’s all-time scoring list

This season, despite being 37-years-old, the four-time NBA champion is putting record numbers. Earlier in March he had two 50-points game. Last night he 38 points against the Cavaliers.

Sports analyst Chris Broussard says that James is playing with a score-first mentality for the first time in his career and the results are stunning.

“Two things were running through my mind during LeBron’s triple-double vs Cavs: I think, for the 1st time in his career, LeBron is thinking score 1st,” Broussard said on First Things First. “And this is what we get — one of the most stunning scoring performances in NBA history. 2nd: Puncher’s chance!”

This season LeBron is averaging 30 points, 8.2 rebounds and 6.3 assists per game for Los Angeles.
