In the past Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James expressed his desire to play alongside his eldest son Bronny in the NBA. Now the four-time NBA champion made it very clear that will do everything to play his final year in the NBA with his son.
“My last year will be played with my son,” James said, per Jason Lloyd of The Athletic. “Wherever Bronny is at, that’s where I’ll be. I would do whatever it takes to play with my son for one year. It’s not about the money at that point.”
Bronny, 17, will be eligible for the NBA Draft in 2024. LeBron’s current contract with the Lakers expires in 2023.
Orlando Magic shooting guard reacted to James’ quote with a tweet. “Lol wait wait, so who ever drafts bronny, gets LeBron too???” he tweeted.
