The Phoenix Suns are committing to Bismack Biyombo’s long-term service this season.

As told by Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN, the Suns are signing the big man for the remainder of the 2021-2022 campaign.

Biyombo, who is now joining Deandre Ayton, JaVale McGee, and Jalen Smith, further strengthened Phoenix’s paint presence and frontcourt depth. Upon enjoying the benefits of sharing the floor with future Hall of Famer teammate Chris Paul from the past few games, he provided ample contributions in scoring, rebounding, defense, and the empathic energy within the team using his athleticism.

The 29-year-old veteran was left unsigned initially, until the Suns scooped him up for a hardship deal last Jan. 1.
