The Minnesota Timberwolves earned a big win over the Los Angeles Clippers (122-104). Young star Anthony Edwards led the winners with 28 points in 33 minutes.

But, it wasn’t all that good for the 20-year-old forward, who was benched early in the first quarter by head coach Chris Finch for his poor defensive effort. In response to the substitution, Edwards had some words to Finch, which resulted in a heated argument between the two.

After the game, Edwards revealed what happened between him and Finch and admitted to being wrong. “I get mad for sure. I be wanting to say something to him. But it’s pointless. He right. Can’t do nothing but be better when I get back in,” he said, per Chris Hine.

“For sure. That’s why I said he right. I get mad, but he right. At the end of the day I can’t do nothing but take the constructive criticism and come back and show him that I can do it.”
