Los Angeles Lakers superstar Anthony Davis has been struggling to find his shooting rhythm so far this season. After 20 games, the 28-year-old forward has the worst three-point shooting percentage in NBA history (16.7%) by any player with 2+ attempts per game and 20+ games played, as observed by StatMuse.

His field goal percentage is 51.1%, which is close to his career average of 51.4%, however it is not that good when it comes to specific types of shots.

According to StatMuse, Davis made 38.3% of his midrange shots — worst in the NBA by any player with 100+ attempts. For jumpshots, his percentage of 33.1% is worst in the NBA by any player with 150+ attempts.

Although Davis had a worse three-point percentage during the 2014-2015 season (8.3%), he only took 12 attempts that year. Since the 2015-2016 season when AD started taking at least 100 three-point shots per year, his lowest percentage was 26% which was last season with the Lakers.

In terms of points per game, Davis is averaging 24.3 points per game this year, close to his career average of 23.9 points per game.
