Milwaukee Bucks have started the season with several sidelined players, as Middleton, Holiday and Lopez have missed games due to injuries so far.

As for now, the Bucks will definitely play against the Pistons Wednesday without Jrue Holiday, who is nursing a left ankle sprain, and Khris Middleton, who entered the NBA’s health and safety protocols, per Eric Nehm of The Athletic.

Middleton sat out Sunday’s game against the Jazz with what coach Mike Budenholzer said was a non-COVID-19-related illness.

Middleton is averaging 20.0 points, 4.7 rebounds and 4.5 assists this season. The Bucks dropped to 3-4 with Sunday’s 107-95 loss to the Jazz.

The Bucks will also be missing Brook Lopez with back soreness. At the same time, Donte DiVincenzo is still recovering from an ankle injury.
