Philadelphia 76ers superstar Joel Embiid is expected to be in full health, after a summer full of rehab and rest. Embiid suffered a small tear in the meniscus in his right knee during the first round of the 2021 playoffs.

According to David Aldridge of the Athletic, Jojo is at full health, after resting his body during the offseason. Embiid was one of the most dominant forces during the past season, propelling the Sixers’ to the top of the East.

The All-Star center was a runner-up for the MPV award last season. Despite his injury, he only missed one game during the playoffs, as he continued to dominate playing on one good leg.

As a result, Embiid will have a normal season load, Aldridge reports. The Sixers are hoping to remain at the upper part of the Eastern Conference this season, even without Ben Simmons, who seems to be in the trade block.
