Zalgiris Kaunas completed one of the best offseason moves in the EuroLeague competition by signing Emmanuel Mudiay, as the team announced Monday.

The former 7th overall pick spent five years in the NBA after being picked up by the Denver Nuggets in the 2015 NBA Draft.

The 25-year-old guard will be the last addition for the Lithuanian powerhouse this offseason. Mudiay started his professional career in China, before playing for the Nuggets, the Knicks and the Utah Jazz.

The point guard had a great run with the Utah Jazz, putting up 7.2 points, 2.3 rebounds and 2.1 assists in an average of 15 minutes per game. He spent last season without basketball, not having found a deal in the NBA.
