The Los Angeles Lakers have signed small forward Carmelo Anthony, it was announced today by Vice President of Basketball Operations and General Manager Rob Pelinka. Per team policy, the terms of the deal were not released.
Anthony appeared in 69 games (three starts), with the Portland Trail Blazers last season, where he averaged 13.4 points, 3.1 rebounds, and 1.5 assists while shooting 40.9 percent (133-235 3FG) from three-point range in 24.5 minutes per game.
