Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James is set to turn 37-years-old this coming December. The four-time NBA champion is already getting questions about retirement as he nears forty.
Arguably the biggest name in today’s NBA is already attracting collectors’ interest. According to Aaron Yohannes of The Oregonian/OregonLive, LeBron’s St. Vincent–St. Mary high school jersey which he wore on the cover of Sports Illustrated back in February of 2002 was sold in an auction for $512,000 which is a new world record for a sale of a high school jersey.
