Maccabi Tel Aviv announced the signing of Jalen Reynolds earlier today. The 28-year-old center returns to Israel after spending the previous season with FC Bayern.
He joined Maccabi during the 2019-2020 season, as he was brought in as back-up to Tariq Black. Last season, he took part in all 39 of Bayern’s EuroLeague games and averaged 13.6 points and 5.8 rebounds per 21 minutes on the floor.
At the same time, the Israeli league champions parted ways with center Othello Hunter. Hunter, 35, spent the last two seasons with Maccabi.
The last season, the veteran big recorded averages of 8.0 points, 5.3 rebounds and 1.0 assist per 20 minutes on the court in 27 EuroLeague games.
