Ja Morant was not in the best mood after the Memphis Grizzlies’ loss to the New York Knicks Monday. The Grizzlies star guard was furious with refs’ decision to eject him from the game.
Morant took to Twitter and did not hold back his thoughts on the officials. Morant’s frustration was evident during the game, as the Knicks had another excellent defensive performance on the reigning Rookie of the Year.
The Grizzlies’ superstar finished with just eight points, on an awful 2-of-14 shooting, and had to exit the floor in the game’s final minute after receiving two technical fouls.
The Grizzlies came back from a 17-point deficit in the second half, however a series of technical fouls in a span of 18 seconds spoiled the team’s comeback.
