Frank Vogel opened up about his decision to give no playing time to Montrezl Harrell in the loss to the Dallas Mavericks (93-108).

Vogel, the head coach of the Lakers, said he wanted to ‘keep all three centers sharp’, that’s why Harrell didn’t play in the contest.

According to Vogel, Harrell ‘understood’ that decision and had no problem with it.

With Harrell out of the rotation, Andre Drummond (six points, 12 rebounds) and Marc Gasol (one point, seven boards) failed to make the difference for the Lakers inside the paint.
