Michael Jordan will be the one who presents the late Kobe Bryant to the Naismith Hall of Fame next month. The former Los Angeles Lakers star, who tragically passed away early last year, will be inducted posthumously, alongside the likes of Kevin Garnett and Tim Duncan.

According to The Athletic’s Shams Charania, Jordan will present Bryant while Isiah Thomas will do the honors for Garnett, with David Robinson to present his former San Antonio Spurs teammate Duncan.

Jordan gave a wholesome speech at Bryant’s memorial service last year, shedding light on how close they actually were. We imagine the five-time NBA champion wouldn’t have had it any other way.
