A rare basketball card featuring Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant has broken the all-time value record for the sport, according to USA Today Sports.

The 2007-08 Upper Deck Exquisite Collection Dual Logoman Autographs card, graded PSA EX-MT 6, includes the autographs of both legends along with two NBA logo patches — one in white and one in gold.

Bidding for the one-of-one collectible began at $5 million before climbing to $6.1 million with the buyer’s premium, setting a new standard for the basketball card market.

The record surpasses the previous mark set by a 2018 Panini National Treasures Logoman Luka Doncic 1/1, which sold for $3.2 million at auction.

It also edges out the private sale record of a 2009 Panini National Treasures Logoman Stephen Curry 1/1, purchased for $5.9 million.

Jordan, a six-time NBA champion with the Chicago Bulls, and Bryant, a five-time champion with the Los Angeles Lakers, are two of the most collected figures in basketball history.

The combination of their autographs and the dual Logoman patches makes the card one of the rarest ever produced by Upper Deck.

High-end basketball cards have become increasingly valuable in recent years, with record-setting sales reflecting the growing interest among collectors and investors.
