Andre Drummond is expected to be among the players that could get traded during the NBA deadline. The Cleveland Cavaliers’ big man seem to attract interest from various teams as a trade or buyout target.

According to Kevin O’Connor of the Ringer, the New York Knicks emerged as a ‘serious potential destination’ for the veteran center.

The Knicks are one of the teams that could secure Drummond’s services in a trade as are under the salary cap by about $15 mil.

So, there is no need to add players to just match Drummond’s $29M expiring deal. The Knicks are at 22-22 fighting for a playoff spot.
