The Los Angeles Lakers will have to adjust to playing without LeBron James and Anthony Davis for an extended period of time after James was ruled out indefinitely due to an ankle injury. According to Montrezl Harrell, the team has already showed it can deal with such situation.

“I mean it’s one of those things that happen, man,” he said after the loss against the Hawks. “It’s one of those uncertainties that we got to deal with just like anything else that’s been happening in this year. We’ve already played without LeBron. I mean we took Sacramento to a tough game, came down to one of those last second shots where we ended up losing. But we have proven that we can do those type of things.

“I just feel like what guys are seeing in the instance and seeing that we’re back in that position again it’s going to come another task towards one of those step-up moments, man. We’ve been in that situation before and it’s all about responding from it, really.”

The next game for the Lakers is at the Suns, currently the number two team in the Western Conference.
