Memphis Grizzlies will miss Grayson Allen and Jaren Jackson Jr. for the start of the second part of the season, as both players are still recovering from injury.

Grayson Allen will miss a fourth consecutive game in concussion protocol while Jaren Jackson Jr. remains out recovering from meniscus surgery.

Allen has been out since February 26 and the game against the Los Angeles Clippers. Jackson has not played since August 3, where he suffered a meniscus tear during the 2019/2020 season restart in Orlando, Florida.

The Grizzlies have yet to give an update on the third-year forward/center’s timeline, however he’s expected to return soon. On the other hand, Allen is a regular presence in Memphis’ rotation this season.

He’s averaging 9.3 points, 2.8 rebounds and 2.2 assists per game shooting 40.9 percent from the field and 40.4 percent from beyond the arc.
