In a high-scoring affair, the Denver Nuggets (57-25) secured a 126-111 victory over the Memphis Grizzlies (27-55), clinching the No. 2 seed in the Western Conference playoffs.

Despite GG Jackson’s impressive performance with a career-high 44 points for Memphis, the Nuggets maintained control throughout the game, matching a franchise record for wins in a season.

Led by Jamal Murray’s 21 points and Nikola Jokic’s double-double with 15 points and 15 rebounds, Denver capitalized on key plays to secure their playoff seeding.

Christian Braun and Aaron Gordon also contributed significantly for the Nuggets, scoring 19 and 15 points respectively.

Despite Memphis’ offensive efforts, including Jake LaRavia’s 29 points, the Grizzlies couldn’t overcome Denver’s balanced scoring and defensive intensity.

Denver’s victory sets them up for a first-round playoff series against either the New Orleans Pelicans or the Los Angeles Lakers, depending on the outcome of the play-in game.

While GG Jackson’s stellar performance provided a bright spot for the Grizzlies, injuries and roster challenges plagued Memphis throughout the season, impacting their playoff aspirations.
