Zion Williamson will replace Joel Embiid as an All-Star Game starter on Team Durant, according to Adrian Wojnarowski.
Williamson, 20, will now be starting in his first All-Star appearance.
He will become the fourth youngest player to start an All-Star Game behind only Kobe Bryant, LeBron James and Magic Johnson, per ESPN Stats & Info.
Embiid and Ben Simmons were both ruled out of the All-Star Game after a barber they were in contact with tested positive for COVID-19 and ultimately retested positive.
There are no plans to replace Embiid and Simmons’ roster spots on the All-Star teams.
