The Sacramento Kings have been struggling since the start of the season, however Luke Walton will remain the head coach of the team.
According to James Ham of NBC Sports, the Kings have no plans to part ways with Walton and the veteran coach will continue coaching when Sacramento returns to the court next Thursday (March 11).
“Despite a disappointing first half of the season, Luke Walton is still the head coach of the team heading into the All-Star break and according to league sources, he will continue to lead the team when games resume next Thursday,” Ham reports.
Walton and the Kings have lost 11 of their last 13 games and are 13th in the West, with a 14-22 record.
