Markieff Morris once again received high praise from Los Angeles Lakers head coach Frank Vogel.
Vogel called Morris ‘a heck of a basketball player’ and noted how vital Morris’ presence was in the Lakers’ championship run last season.
“He’s a heck of a basketball player and big reason why we won a championship last season,” Vogel said, via Ryan Ward of Lakers Daily.
Markieff Morris had nine points (3/5 from beyond the arc) in 18 minutes of action, as the Lakers defeated the Minnesota Timberwolves (112-104).
