Lonzo Ball could be on the trade block ahead of the March 25 trade deadline. As Shams Charania reported, the Chicago Bulls are interested in trading for Lonzo Ball.

Ball will be a free agent next summer and the Pelicans could ship the fourth-year point guard to create more minutes for Kira Lewis Jr.

There have been no discussions between the Bulls and Pelicans yet, but they seem to see Lonzo Ball as a great fit alongside Zach LaVine.

Ball is averaging 13.7 points, 4.7 assists and 4.5 rebounds per game making great strides as a shooter last season. However, his fit with Eric Bledsoe and Kira Lewis Jr. in New Orleans is questionable at best.

If the Bulls decide to make a move for Ball, Coby White is expected to start from the bench being the sixth man of the team.

LaVine and Ball will be the starting backcourt duo with Ball having more point guard duties alongside a scoring guard such as LaVine.
