Talen Horton-Tucker has constantly received praise throughout this season being a rotational piece for the Los Angeles Lakers’ squad at just his second year in the league.

The latest to share his opinion on the Lakers’ sophomore guard is former player Mychal Thompson, who believes the LA franchise could soon have another All-Star on their hands.

Horton-Tucker is an important part of the Lakers’ rotation in his second season, averaging 7.2 points, 2.7 rebounds, 1.8 assists, and one steal while shooting 46.0 percent from the field.

The Lakers are one of the top teams in the West and the favorite to win the NBA championship again this season. Mychal Thompson was the first overall pick of the 1987 NBA Draft.

The father of the Warriors’ superstar Klay Thompson played for four seasons in the Lakers’ uniform playing alongside All-Stars and NBA legends including Magic Johnson, James Worthy, and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar.
