Portland Trail Blazers center Enes Kanter left the game against the Philadelphia 76ers after he was inadvertently elbowed by teammate Robert Covington.

Kanter immediately started bleeding profusely from a laceration above his left eye.

Kanter, 28, had four points and nine rebounds in 16 minutes before leaving the game.

As nasty as Kanter’s injury looked, he got stitches in the locker room at halftime and started the second half of the game.
