LeBron James hit two big shots in the Lakers’ double-overtime victory over the Pistons. James put up 33 points scoring the last eight points for his team to put the game to bed.

Despite taking over in the final moments, Skip Bayless was once more not impressed by LeBron James’ performance. The TV analyst claimed the Lakers’ superstar can make those shots ‘here and there, as long as it’s not do-or-die’.

The Lakers were on a tough road trip in the East, however against the short-handed Pistons everyone expected a blowout win. The Pistons, with Jerami Grant leading them, came close to an upset win against the 2020 NBA champions.

The Lakers committed a season-high 23 turnovers, blew a 17-point lead and wasted several chances to win in regulation, but James’ brilliance prevented the Lakers from getting swept by the 5-18 Pistons.
