LaVar Ball is not all happy with the way his sons Lonzo and LaMelo are being used by their teams, the New Orleans Pelicans and the Charlotte Hornets, respectively.
According to him, they should be allowed to run much more instead of playing half-court basketball. His comments came after Lonzo faced LaMelo for the first time in the NBA.
“As they say when you get to the NBA, the speed of the game changes,” LaVar said, per Melissa Rohlin of Fox Sports. “Well, my boys is the only ones who got to slow down when they get to the NBA.”
LaVar also criticized the Hornets for not starting LaMelo for such a highly anticipated game.
