Marcus Morris shared his thoughts on coming off the bench for the Los Angeles Clippers this season.
Morris said he is here to help the Clippers and believes the second unit of the team will benefit from his presence.
“I’m here to do whatever’s best for the team. I watched the games, preseason, the entire time, and I’ve seen how well those guys jelled. I felt the second unit would benefit with me coming off,” Morris told reporters, via Tomer Azarly of Clutchpoints.
Morris made his season debut with the Clippers against the Warriors on Wednesday, posting 12 points (4/9 shooting, 2/6 from beyond the arc) in 19 minutes of action.
