Damian Lillard showed his respect for Steph Curry with a post in his social media account, after the Warriors superstar’s 62-point career-high.

Curry went off against Lillard, who had also a great game scoring 32 points on the Warriors’ defense. However, his and CJ McCollum’s performances were not enough for the Blazers, who dropped their third game this season.

Curry and Lillard are two of the best guards in the league and quite similar in a way, especially when people around the league comparing their shooting.

However, Curry was the winner between the two on Sunday, as the Warriors claimed their third win of the season. Curry is averaging 26.4 points, 6.6 assists and 4.6 rebounds per contest being the leader of a young Warriors’ team.

On the other hand, Lillard is averaging 25.2 points, 6.6 assists and 4.4 rebounds per so far with the Blazers’ team trying to find its footing especially on the defensive end.
