Los Angeles Clippers star Paul George told reporters that he’s happy that he’s home and is committed to the team.

“I want to retire a Clipper,” he said. “I’ll say that every year. This is where my heart is.”

The Clippers are the third team that George has played for in his 10-year NBA career.

George is from Southern California and had long wanted to play in Los Angeles, so he’s now right at home.

The 30-year-old averaged 21.5 points, 5.7 rebounds, 3.9 assists and 1.4 steals per game in 48 games in his first season as a Clipper.

George played 29.6 minutes per game, his lowest since his rookie year after coming off of shoulder surgery.

He is expected to be at 100 percent entering training camp for the upcoming season.
